On-site B2B matchmaking at ERF 2025
24.& 25. March 2025, Liederhalle Stuttgart
ERF is the most important European event for robotics and AI and this year’s theme is “Boosting the Synergies between Robotics and AI for a stronger Europe”. The aim is to bring together research and industry, present the current state of robotics and AI on a large stage and help shape future technological developments.
In addition to the keynotes, lectures, and workshops that make up a large part of the very diverse program, the B2B-matchmaking event of the Enterprise Europe Network on 24. and 25. March will offer ideal opportunities for exchanging experiences and for personal networking.
The aim of the Matchmaking is to encourage 1:1 contacts and generate meaningful business opportunities among attending participants. You can arrange meeting-slots of 15 minutes prior to the event in order to manage your day as efficient as possible.

Our Matchmaking will take place on Monday and Tuesday, 24. & 25. March 2025.
Please note about the Matchmaking: The matchmaking platform offers all visitors, delegations, local robotics ecosystem and exhibitors the possibility to get in contact with potential business partners or project cooperation partners via 1:1 meetings.
Participation in the B2B Matchmaking on Monday, 24. March 2025, 14:00-15:30 o'clock: Is open to all stakeholders, is free of charge and DOES NOT require a ticket for European Robotics Forum 2025.
However, participants will need to register in order to access the Exhibition and our B2B Matchmaking. To register, please go to https://erf2025.eu/register/
After creating an account, please choose the section “Side Events on March 24” and then register to the programme item “Exhibition open to the public”.
If you wish to attend the two programme items “ROS industrial meetup” and “Investor Tip Session”, you are welcome to register. Please note that spaces for those two programme points are limited.
Participation in the European Robotics Forum on Tuesday, 25. March 2025, 16:00 - 17:20 o'clock: DOES REQUIRE a ticket for the European Robotics Forum 2025 and is free of charge for all ticket holders.
